
Potato Salad with Smoked Sausages

Description
To marinate the onions, mix 100 ml of 9% vinegar, 100 g of sugar, add salt to taste, and pour in 100 ml of water. Bring the mixture to a boil and then cool it down. Add 80 g of thinly sliced red onions to it. Let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.

- Hunter's Sausages 10 oz
- Frozen green bean pods 5 oz
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Gherkins 5 oz
- Pickled garlic 5 oz
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Aioli Sauce 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut unpeeled potatoes into large wedges and place them on a baking tray. Season with salt, add spices to taste, toss in a few cloves of garlic, cover with foil, and bake in an oven preheated to 355°F for one hour.
Step 2
Slice the sausages into thick rings and fry them in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add frozen peas to the skillet and cook for a couple more minutes until the peas are thawed.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the potatoes, sausages, finely chopped herbs, and cucumbers sliced into thin rings.
Step 4
Add the aioli sauce and mix well.
