Ingredients

  • Salad Potatoes 5 oz
  • Sauerkraut 5 oz
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Parsley to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Steam or boil the potatoes.

Step 2

Slightly cool the potatoes and peel them.

Step 3

Slice into rounds.

Step 4

Place the potatoes in a bowl, add the chopped sauerkraut drained of brine, salt, pepper, sunflower oil, finely chopped onion, and gently mix.

Step 5

Transfer to a salad bowl and sprinkle with parsley.
