Potato Salad with Pickles and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Pickles 4 pieces
- Sweet Red Onion 1 piece
- Pickled Chanterelles 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins, chop them, and add 2–3 tablespoons of pickle brine, leaving it for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into quarters and slice the onion into half-rings. Sauté the mushrooms and onion in heated vegetable oil for 7 minutes.
Step 3
Dice the pickles. Add the pickles, onion, and mushrooms to the potatoes. Dress with vegetable oil and mix.
