This salad is served with hot and cold roasted meats, veal, lamb, pork, and fish, as well as on its own as a separate dish. This salad is especially delicious when made from freshly boiled warm potatoes.

- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Vinegar essence 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Spanish onions 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the boiled potatoes, slice them, place them in a bowl, season with salt, sprinkle with pepper, and mix with vinegar and vegetable oil.
Step 2
Then mound them in a salad bowl and sprinkle with dill, parsley, sliced red onion, or finely chopped green onions.
