  • Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
  • Sour Cream 2½ tablespoons
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Fresh Mint 1 tablespoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Red Long Chili Peppers 1 piece
  • Coconut flakes ½ tablespoon
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) 1 teaspoon
  • Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil 2½ tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, and cut into cubes about 1 cm.

Step 2

Cut the cucumber into pieces, similar to the potatoes.

Step 3

Chop the fresh mint leaves.

Step 4

Mix everything together, adding lemon juice and salt.

Step 5

Dress with sour cream.

Step 6

Heat the oil in a small pot, fry the mustard seeds on low heat until they stop popping. Add cumin for 20 seconds until it turns brown, then fry the finely chopped pepper. Finally, add the coconut flakes for 5 seconds.

Step 7

Carefully pour the contents of the pot into the salad. Mix well, adding sour cream if necessary. Chill.
