Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
- Gherkins 8 pieces
- Celery stalk 3 pieces
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Farm fresh eggs 5 pieces
- Mayonnaise 7.5 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted boiling water until tender. Drain and cool. Cut into small cubes and transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2
Hard boil the eggs, drain, hold under cold water, peel, and chop finely. Add to the potatoes.
Step 3
Add the finely chopped gherkins, celery, and finely chopped onion. Mix everything well and add the mayonnaise and mustard. Mix again. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
