Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise 10 oz
- Yellow Mustard Seeds 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1½ teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper ¾ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted boiling water until tender, about 40 minutes. Drain and cool. Peel and cut into small cubes. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Add the grated eggs and mix.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Dress the salad and serve immediately or chilled.
