Ingredients
- Potatoes 5 pieces
- Thyme 1 bunch
- Lemon ½ piece
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Dill 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut five medium potatoes into 4-8 pieces. If the potatoes are young, you can leave the skin on after washing them well.
Step 2
Boil in salted water, adding a bunch of thyme, lemon zest, and a little lemon juice to the water.
Step 3
Drain the water. Add a piece of butter, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Dress with lemon juice, chopped dill, and mix. It can be served as a side dish with fish or meat.
