Ingredients
- Potatoes 15 oz
- Broccoli 15 oz
- Tomatoes 5 pieces
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Chili Pepper 1 piece
- Onions 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins and cut them into halves or quarters depending on their size.
Step 2
Boil the broccoli for 4-5 minutes in salted water, then immediately transfer it to cold water to retain its color and texture.
Step 3
In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion, chili, and garlic until soft, add the potatoes and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring, then add the broccoli, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes into wedges, and cut or crumble the feta cheese by hand.
Step 5
Remove the skillet from heat, dress with lemon juice, add the tomatoes, feta, herbs if desired, and serve immediately!
