Ingredients
- White Cabbage 5 oz
- Radish 1 piece
- Jusai (Garlic Chives) 1 bunch
- Green Peas 5 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Champagne Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Shred the cabbage, radish, and jusai, and marinate with salt.
Step 2
Cut the potato into cubes and boil in salted water.
Step 3
Boil the green peas.
Step 4
Combine the vegetables and peas. Dress the salad with vegetable oil mixed with the egg yolk, sugar, and wine vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Hard boil the egg, slice it, and place it on the salad.
Step 6
Sprinkle the salad with chopped herbs.
