  • Rosemary 0 oz
  • Garlic 8 cloves
  • Salt 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary, two-thirds of the grated garlic, season with pepper and salt. Toss to combine, spreading the potato pieces in a single layer, skin side down. Preheat the oven to 445°F and bake the potatoes for 45 minutes, or until they start to darken. Make sure they do not stick to the baking sheet. Remove from the oven and let cool. Transfer to a large bowl, being careful not to break the pieces.

Step 2

Mix mayonnaise with parsley and the remaining garlic. Squeeze in the lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.

Step 3

Dress the baked potatoes with the prepared mayonnaise sauce.
