Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 30 oz
- Hot smoked pink salmon 15 oz
- Spanish onions 2 heads
- Chinese green beans 10 oz
- Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Malt Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 6 tablespoons
- Capers 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In salted water, boil the potatoes for 15 minutes, adding the green beans cut in half 3 minutes before the end of cooking. Cut the potatoes while they are still warm, place them in a salad bowl with the green beans, and season with half of the sauce made from mustard, vinegar, oil, and capers.
Step 2
In the cooled salad, add the skinless mackerel cut into pieces and finely chopped onion, mix, and drizzle with the remaining sauce.
