Portuguese Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- Canned tuna in its own juice 1 can
- Canned Baby Beets 1 can
- Olive Oil 5 teaspoons
- Rice Vinegar for Sushi 3 spoons
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parsley 2 bunches
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the canned beans.
Step 2
Mash the canned fish.
Step 3
Slice the onion into half-moons and pour boiling water over it.
Step 4
For the dressing, whisk together olive oil and vinegar. Add minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Combine the fish, beans, and onion. Dress the salad and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
