- Pork Blood 10 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Vinegar essence 2 teaspoons
- Sugar to taste

Step 1
Boil the pork and cut it into cubes. Slice the onion into strips and marinate it using salt, sugar, vinegar, and a little water—let it sit for 1 hour. Drain. Peel the carrots and grate them on a medium grater.
Step 2
Layer the ingredients in a salad bowl. The first layer is meat, followed by onion, then carrots; spread mayonnaise thoroughly over each layer. Let it soak overnight.
