  • Green Papaya 15 oz
  • Smoked Ham on the Bone 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • Light Raisins, Seedless 5 oz

Step 1

Rinse the raisins and soak them in water. Cut the meat into thin strips.

Step 2

Shred the cabbage into thin strips and massage it with your hands. Transfer to a deep bowl.

Step 3

Drain the raisins and add them to the cabbage along with the sliced meat. Dress with mayonnaise.
