- Calvados 3 tablespoons

- Onion 1 head
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Cream 0 fl oz

Step 1
Cut the pork into strips and sauté in butter with garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Steam the asparagus.
Step 3
Boil the mushrooms in salted water and slice them.
Step 4
Slice the onion into thin rings and blanch.
Step 5
Peel the tomatoes and dice them.
Step 6
Combine the pork with the asparagus, mushrooms, onion, and tomatoes. Dress the salad with the sauce. To prepare the sauce, sauté the flour in butter, add the cream, Calvados, salt, pepper, and heat through.
