Pomegranate and Chicken Breast Salad
Ingredients
- Onion 5 oz
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Potato 10 oz
- Beetroot 10 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses 1 piece
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet, cool it, and chop finely.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a small amount of vegetable oil until golden brown. Add the fillet, sauté a little, season with salt, and let it cool.
Step 3
Boil the beetroot and grate it on a fine grater. Chop the walnuts finely.
Step 4
Mix the walnuts and beetroot, and season lightly with salt.
Step 5
Boil the potato and grate it on a fine grater.
Step 6
In the center of a serving dish, place a glass and layer the ingredients around it: Potato layer, spread with mayonnaise. Then the layer of fillet with onion, spread with mayonnaise. Layer of beetroot with walnuts, spread with mayonnaise. Top the dish with pomegranate seeds.
Step 7
Leave the salad to soak in the mayonnaise for 2 hours, then carefully remove the glass.
