Ingredients
- Vodka 0 fl oz
- Green Gage Plum 20 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pierce all the green plums with a toothpick to break the skin.
Step 2
Place them in a jar and cover with vodka.
Step 3
Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves.
Step 4
Seal and store in a dark place.
Step 5
Shake the jar once a day to mix the plums.
Step 6
Let it infuse for 30 days.
Step 7
After the infusion is ready, strain and dilute with mineral water to the desired strength and taste, if necessary.
