Pour vodka over the plums, ensuring that the vodka covers the fruits by 2–3 centimeters. Seal the jar with a lid and let it sit in a dark place at room temperature for 40–45 days. Once ready, strain the infusion through cheesecloth, bottle it, and seal tightly.
