Ingredients
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Yogurt powder 0 fl oz
- Tahini to taste
- Pita 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Tabouli 10 oz
- Poultry 1 piece
- Black Cumin (Cumin) 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rub the chicken meat with cumin, garlic, and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 6–10 hours.
Step 2
Mix yogurt, tahini, and lemon juice. Whisk with a small amount of water to achieve a thick, smooth sauce.
Step 3
Before assembling the sandwiches, grill the chicken on both sides. Let it cool for 10 minutes and slice thinly.
Step 4
Warm the pita to make it softer and easier to fill. Cut in half, and fill each half with tabouli, chicken, and sauce.
