Pita with Pink Salmon and Vegetables
Ingredients
- Pita 3 pieces
- Canned tuna in its own juice 1 can
- Baku Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Aged gouda cheese 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut each pita in half and open the halves to make it easy to fill them.
Step 2
Remove bones and skin (if any) from the canned pink salmon, and mash the fish with a fork in a bowl.
Step 3
Clean the pepper from the seeds, cut into 1 cm cubes, and do the same with the tomatoes, then add the vegetables to the fish.
Step 4
Boil the eggs hard and cut them into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Add the eggs to the fish and vegetables, then add the cheese, mix, season with mayonnaise, and fill the pitas with this mixture.
Step 6
Place the pitas in an oven preheated to 355°F for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the pitas become golden and crispy. The pitas are ready.
