Ingredients
- Pita 2 pieces
- Bacon 5 oz
- Spanish onions ½ head
- Green Butter 1 bunch
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Lemon ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onion and tomatoes, and finely chop the garlic.
Step 2
Heat the oil and fry the onion and bacon until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the garlic and fry for another minute.
Step 4
Place the lettuce leaves on the pita, then top with tomatoes, fried onion, and bacon.
Step 5
Before serving, drizzle with lemon juice, and add salt and pepper to taste.
