Pita Snack Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Pita 6 pieces
  • Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Sherry 1 tablespoon
  • Curry to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut each pita into 8 triangular sections.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion.

Step 3

In a food processor, blend the cheese and sherry. Add the chopped onion, salt, pepper, and curry.

Step 4

It is recommended to line the bottom of the baking sheet with paper and grease it with cooking oil.

Step 5

Arrange the pita pieces and bake in the oven for about 7 minutes. Allow to cool.

Step 6

Spread the cheese mixture on 36 pieces.

Step 7

Stack the towers: place 3 sections with cheese on top of each other and cover with a piece without cheese.

Step 8

Pierce each tower with sandwich picks.
