Ingredients
- Pide bread 2 pieces
- Romaine lettuce 2 heads
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Scallions 4 pieces
- Courgette 1 piece
- Spanish onions 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 3 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves 6 tablespoons
- Fresh Mint 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the herbs and chopped vegetables and mix well.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix again.
Step 4
Grill the pita bread.
Step 5
Cut into small pieces and add to the salad.
Step 6
Toss and serve immediately.
