Ingredients
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Pisco 0 fl oz
- Angostura 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the pisco and sugar syrup into a shaker filled with ice, add the egg white and lemon juice. Shake well.
Step 2
Strain into a chilled glass using a strainer. Add a few drops of Angostura bitters on top of the foam.
