Ingredients
- Sauerkraut 10 oz
- Cooked Beetroot 0 oz
- Red Onion ½ head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Mustard oil 1 tablespoon
- Sunflower Oil 1 tablespoon
- Sumac ½ teaspoon
- Freshly ground black pepper a pinch
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste

Step 1
Place the sauerkraut in a deep bowl and add pepper.
Step 2
Then add salt.
Step 3
Cut the beetroot into strips.
Step 4
Combine the ingredients.

Add sumac.
Step 6
Dress with mustard oil.

Add sunflower oil.
Step 8
Slice the onion into half rings.
Step 9
Add it to the salad.

Then add finely chopped garlic.
