Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

  • Chicken Thighs 2 pieces
  • Pickled Chanterelles 15 oz
  • Ham 10 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Scallions 1 bunch
  • Kiwi 1 piece
  • Canned Truffles 1 can
  • Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 qt
  • Salt a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken thighs, cool, and cut the meat into cubes.

Step 2

Clean the fresh champignon mushrooms and onion, wash, cut into cubes, and fry in vegetable oil.

Step 3

Cut the ham into cubes, finely chop the green onion. Cut the pineapple into cubes, drain in a colander to remove excess liquid, and gently squeeze if necessary.

Step 4

Layer the salad on a flat plate in an oval shape in the following order: mushrooms with onion, mayonnaise, ham, green onion, mayonnaise, pineapple, chicken, mayonnaise.

Step 5

Top with sliced pickled champignon mushrooms to give the salad the appearance of a pineapple. Peel the kiwi and make lengthwise cuts without cutting all the way through. Place it at the end of the salad to form the top of the pineapple.
