Ingredients
- Gin 0 fl oz
- Pineapple 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Celery salt 0 oz
- Celery Bitters 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Muddle two small pieces of pineapple in a shaker. Add ice. Pour in gin, squeeze in lemon juice, and add a dash of bitters. Shake well.
Step 2
Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a piece of celery.
