- Peach Juice 10 fl oz
- "Citro Lemonade" 10 fl oz
- Mint Leaves 0 oz
- Frozen Raspberries 5 oz
- Sambuca 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the pineapple juice, lemonade, and finely chopped mint leaves. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Transfer the raspberries to a small bowl and gently mash them with a fork.
Step 3
Pour the sambuca into 4 glasses, then pour in the strained pineapple juice and carefully top with the raspberries. Serve immediately.
