Ingredients
- Pineapple 15 oz
- Vanilla salt a pinch
- Sugar 5 lbs
- Water 0 qt
- Drinking Alcohol 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the pineapple flesh with 500 grams of sugar and vanilla. Add the alcohol. Store in a dark place in an airtight container.
Step 2
Prepare a syrup from 1 kg of sugar with water. Add to the pineapple mixture and let it sit for another 10 days.
Step 3
Strain the liqueur and pour it into bottles.
Step 4
Store in the refrigerator.
