Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
  • Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
  • Chicken fillet 1 piece
  • Clear Apple Juice 1 piece
  • Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
  • White Part of Leek 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the chicken breast in slightly salted water, then cool it down. Cut the breast into medium-sized cubes (1.5 cm by 1.5 cm).

Step 2

Take only the white part of the leek and slice it very thinly into rings.

Step 3

Peel the green apple and cut it into small cubes (0.5 cm by 0.5 cm).

Step 4

Cut the canned pineapple into medium cubes.

Step 5

Take the mayonnaise, add a teaspoon of curry powder to it, and let it steep (do this before starting to prepare the salad).

Step 6

Dress the salad with the prepared sauce.
