Ingredients
- Rice Vinegar ¼ cup
- Vegetable Oil ¼ cup
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Dried Oregano ½ teaspoon
- Dried Basil ½ teaspoon
- Black Beans 15 oz
- Canned pinto beans 15 oz
- Fresh corn 1½ cups
- Red Bell Pepper 1 piece
- Red Onion ½ head
- Green Chili Pepper 0 oz
- Chopped Cilantro ¼ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic, oregano, and basil.
Step 2
Add the black beans, pinto beans, corn, bell pepper, onion, chili, and cilantro.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
