Description

This recipe uses pickled okra. However, fresh okra will also work well in the salad; just add a bit more salt.

Ingredients

  • Okra 5 pieces
  • Courgette 1 piece
  • Marinated cherries 5 pieces
  • Dill ½ bunch
  • Scallions 1 stalk
  • Arugula ½ bunch
  • Cress salad ½ bunch
  • Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Mild Chili Spice to taste

Prepare the ingredients.

Peel the cucumber.

Slice it into half-moons and transfer to a deep bowl.

Cut the tomatoes into quarters and add them to the cucumbers. Season with salt and mix.

Slice the okra into rings, or more precisely, into stars.
