Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 1 can
- Onion 2 heads
- Croutons 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil for one minute.
Step 2
Finely chop the boiled egg.
Step 3
Drain the pickled mushrooms and place them in a bowl.
Step 4
Pour the hot onion along with the oil over the mushrooms.
Step 5
Add the boiled egg as well.
Step 6
Mix everything together and add one tablespoon of mayonnaise.
Step 7
Before serving, sprinkle a pack of croutons on top.
