Ingredients
- Persimmon 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Sunflower Seeds 0 oz
- Honey 0 oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Goat cheese 5 oz
- "Tango Mix Salad Leaf Blend 'White Dacha'" 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, vinegar, pepper, and salt. While continuing to whisk, gradually pour in the oil.
Step 2
Toast the peeled seeds in a dry skillet.
Step 3
Slice the persimmon into thin wedges, drizzle with a couple of tablespoons of sauce, and toss to combine. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Cube the cheese as desired.
Step 4
Dress the salad mix with the dressing. Place a portion on a serving plate, then arrange slices of persimmon, tomatoes, and pieces of cheese on top. Sprinkle with seeds.
