- Sourdough Bread 4 slices
- Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
- Prosciutto 4 slices
- Persimmon 1 piece
- Arugula to taste
- Brie cheese 5 oz

Spread mustard on all slices of bread

On half of them, layer the prosciutto

Then add the persimmon sliced into thin rounds

On the remaining slices of bread, spread the brie
