Ingredients

  • Sourdough Bread 4 slices
  • Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
  • Prosciutto 4 slices
  • Persimmon 1 piece
  • Arugula to taste
  • Brie cheese 5 oz

Step 1

Spread mustard on all slices of bread

Step 2

On half of them, layer the prosciutto

Step 3

Then add the persimmon sliced into thin rounds

Next, sprinkle with arugula

On the remaining slices of bread, spread the brie

Combine all parts of the sandwiches and place them in a preheated skillet with a small amount of butter so that the layer of brie is on the bottom. When the cheese melts, flip the sandwiches and cook until golden brown.
