Description
Sweet tooths can increase the amount of sugar in the recipe to 600 grams.
Ingredients
- Vodka ½ l
- Sugar 15 oz
- Persimmon 15 oz
- Fenugreek 0 oz
- Carob gum 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the persimmons, pat them dry, and cut them into 4–6 pieces. Place them in jars with wide openings, layering the persimmon pieces with sugar.
Step 2
Add the spices and pour in the vodka. Seal the container.
Step 3
Let it steep for 3–4 weeks in a warm, well-lit place, such as a south-facing windowsill.
Step 4
Strain the infusion and pour the drink into a clean container.
