- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 5 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Thyme 4 stalks
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Lemon 1 piece
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Mixed salad greens 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the pecorino cheese into small pieces. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips.
Step 2
Combine honey and balsamic vinegar to form a smooth paste, then gradually add olive oil to achieve a fairly thick sauce. Stir in lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and mix in cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 3
Serve with a salad mix — ideally with simple green leaves, like arugula or romaine, and something crisp, like napa cabbage — along with ingredients like frisée and radicchio.
