- Pears 8 pieces
- Mulled Wine 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and cut all the pears into quarters. Place them in a pot, pour in the mulled wine, and cook over medium heat covered for 20–30 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the pears with a slotted spoon, and boil the sauce over medium heat for another 10–15 minutes until it becomes almost syrupy.
Step 3
Place the pears on a dish or directly onto serving plates and drizzle with the syrup.
