Ingredients
- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Pears 2 pieces
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Chopped almonds 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Blanch the almonds and remove the skins. Add a little water and blend the nuts in a blender.
Step 2
Peel the pears and remove the cores, then cut them into pieces. Add kefir, milk, almond mixture, and sugar.
Step 3
Blend thoroughly in the blender and chill.
