Description
If you add 2 liters of water, you will get peach jam - a jelly-like spread that is delicious both as a sweet dessert and as an addition to many baked dishes.
Ingredients
- Gelling Sugar 35 oz
- Fig Peaches 35 oz
- Water 100 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the peaches in cold running water and scald them with boiling water. Peel and cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Place 3 liters of water on high heat and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add the chopped peaches and cook the fruit for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.
Step 4
Reduce the heat and gradually add the gelling sugar until completely dissolved, then cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Step 5
Pour the hot drink into clean, dry jars, seal tightly with lids, and allow to cool in a dark place. After cooling, you can add ice cubes with mint leaves. The drink is ready to be enjoyed any time of the year.
