Ingredients
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Green Peas 10 oz
- Thyme 0 oz
- Water 15 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Limoncello 0 fl oz
- Non-alcoholic sparkling wine 0 fl oz
- Egg Liqueur 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare lemonade from green peas. Pour water into a pot, add thyme, sugar, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Remove from heat, let it steep covered for five minutes.
Step 3
Remove thyme, strain the syrup, and let it cool.
Step 4
Place the syrup in the refrigerator to cool completely.
Step 5
Cut the cucumbers into random pieces and place them in a blender.
Step 6
Add the peas, pour in the syrup, and blend.
Step 7
Strain the resulting mixture, adding lemon juice to taste.
Step 8
Transfer to a siphon and carbonate.
Step 9
Pour lemon vodka, honey liqueur, and 60 ml of green pea lemonade (the remaining lemonade can be used for cocktails or enjoyed on its own with ice) into a glass (highball) filled with ice.
Step 10
Stir the cocktail with a bar spoon, top off the glass with cold sparkling wine, and serve.
