Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Cauliflower 1 head
- Celery salt 1 piece
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Ham 5 oz
- Champagne Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the pasta and cook it in salted water.
Step 2
Cut the carrots and celery into strips or cubes, separate the cauliflower into florets, and cook all the vegetables in slightly salted water, but do not overcook.
Step 3
Combine the cooled vegetables and pasta with mayonnaise, vegetable oil, vinegar, and mustard, and add the sliced ham or sausage.
