Pasta Salad with Shrimp and Basil
Ingredients
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Green Tagliatelle Pasta 10 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 30 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sweet Red Onion 1 head
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 cup
- Olive Oil 0.3 cups
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice ¼ cup
- Chili Flakes 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, as it will absorb some dressing. Rinse under cold water, drain, and transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Add the shrimp to the pasta and mix well.
Step 3
Add the chopped pepper and onion, minced garlic, basil, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Step 4
Chill and serve.
