Pasta salad with salami and arugula

Ingredients

  • Penne rigate 5 oz
  • Arugula 0 oz
  • Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 5 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Spicy salami 5 oz
  • Marinated cherries 5 oz
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the penne (you can cook it until done or al dente).

Step 2

Slice the salami as thinly as possible. Leave some slices whole and cut the rest into strips. Sauté in a pan with vegetable oil.

Step 3

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Step 4

Gently mix the pasta with the chopped salami and arugula. You can crush the garlic. Then, garnish everything with mozzarella, tomatoes, and whole pieces of salami.

Step 5

Drizzle the finished dish with olive oil, and sprinkle with ground pepper and salt to taste.
