Ingredients
- Conchiglie Pasta 20 oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Celery stalk 6 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0.3 cups
- Celery salt 10 pieces
- Spanish onions ½ head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and let cool.
Step 2
Cut the celery stalks in half lengthwise, then chop into small pieces.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add the celery stalks and leaves.
Step 4
Then add the finely chopped red onion and pasta. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
