Ingredients
- Farfalle Pasta 5 oz
- Cherry Tomatoes 5 oz
- Large Pitted Olives 6 pieces
- Capers 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chopped Basil Leaves 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain. Mix with the tomatoes in a medium bowl.
Step 2
Blend the olives, capers, garlic, and basil in a food processor until chopped.
Step 3
Add the mixture and olive oil to the pasta, and mix well.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper and chill in the refrigerator.
