Pasta and Bean Salad
Ingredients
- Beans 10 oz
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Pickled Cauliflower 5 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
- Champagne Vinegar 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the beans in salted water, drain in a colander, and let the water drain.
Step 2
Cook the gomiti pasta, rinse with cold water, and also drain in a colander.
Step 3
Chop the vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, and onion). Mix the beans, pasta, and chopped vegetables.
Step 4
Make a dressing from the wine vinegar, mustard, and oil. Add it to the salad.
