Description
For this salad, you can use Emmental, Maasdam, and Parmesan cheeses. In France, there is a special 'Law on Controlled Designations of Origin,' which states that cheese whose name comes from a geographical area in France can only be produced in that area. Today, there are 36 such cheeses.

- Celery salt 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the apples and celery root, peel them, and remove the core from the apples.
Step 2
Grate the celery on a coarse grater and slice the apples into thin strips. Place them in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add it to the bowl with the salad, dress with mayonnaise, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with celery leaves.
