Description

- Papaya flesh 1 piece

Step 1
Cut the ripe papaya in half and scoop out the black seeds from the center with a spoon; they resemble caviar.
Step 2
Grate the lime zest, squeeze the juice from the lime, and mix it with honey.
Step 3
Pour this sauce over the halved papayas, sprinkle with chopped mint and basil leaves, and lime zest. Let marinate in the refrigerator for ten minutes.
